Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your Sulene products. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, opened or used items (such as face patches or masks) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sulene.store@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
How to Start a Return: Email sulene.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions on where to send your item.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
