Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

Shipping Time: Australia: 5–10 business days. International: 7–20 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.

Delays: While we work hard to get your order to you on time, delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues are outside of our control and we are not liable for them. We appreciate your patience.
